1. Privacy Policy

Kellock Management ("we", "us") respects your privacy and processes personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA).

What we collect

• Information you submit through our enquiry form: your name, email address, telephone number and a description of your matter.
• Information you provide to us in the course of an engagement (identity, tax, financial and related records necessary to perform our professional services).

Why we collect it

• To respond to your enquiry and communicate with you.
• To provide accounting, tax, payroll and advisory services under a letter of engagement.
• To meet legal and regulatory obligations (including SARS, CIPC, SAICA and anti-money-laundering requirements).

How it is processed and stored

• Enquiry form submissions are transmitted securely to our practice via our website service providers and email. They are not sold or shared with third parties for marketing.
• Client records are retained for the periods required by tax and company law, after which they are securely destroyed.
• We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may object to processing, by contacting our Information Officer:

This manual is published in terms of Section 51 of the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA), read with POPIA.

4. Cookies & Third-Party Services

This website does not currently set non-essential cookies and does not use analytics or advertising tracking scripts. If that changes in future, this section will be updated to describe what is used and how to control it.

Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com / fonts.gstatic.com), which may receive the visitor's IP address as a normal part of serving the fonts. This is a standard third-party connection required to display the site's typography and is not used by us for tracking.

5. Communication via WhatsApp or Telephone

Where correspondence with us continues by WhatsApp or telephone at your preference, the same confidentiality standards described in our Privacy Policy apply on our side. WhatsApp is operated by a third party (Meta) outside our control, and messages sent through it are subject to WhatsApp's own terms and security practices. Where a matter involves sensitive documents or records, we recommend using email or a method we can confirm is appropriately secure, rather than WhatsApp.
